Submit a Complete Custom Mat Request for Quote
Do you have enough product, artwork and order information for an accurate project review? Ninghow Mats is Ninghow’s specialized custom mat division. We develop made-to-specification mats for B2B brands, importers, distributors, private label businesses and OEM or ODM buyers.
Prepare the Essential Details for Your Mat Quotation
A useful RFQ gives our team enough information to assess the product structure, customization work and order requirements. At a minimum, identify the type of mat or its intended use, the required dimensions, your target quantity and any available reference files.
Mat Type or End Use
State the product format or explain where and how the mat will be used.
Dimensions
Provide the required length, width and shape when known.
Target Quantity
Give the expected order volume or quantity range.
Reference Information
Include drawings, images, artwork or an existing product specification if available.
Define the Proposed Mat Construction
Ninghow Mats supports material and structure selection, custom dimensions, thickness development, surface and base matching, shaping and edge construction. Provide confirmed requirements where possible. For an undecided item, describe the required use or feel so our team can review suitable options.

Upload Artwork and Branding References
Attach the files that show how the finished mat should look. Useful references include logo artwork, print layouts, technical drawings, product photographs, packaging references and specifications from an existing product.
When known, add notes about the print area, colours, logo position, labels and other brand details. We review supplied files as part of the project assessment and may request clarification if the artwork does not fully define the intended result.
Identify which artwork belongs on the mat and which belongs on labels or packaging.
Show the intended orientation and print position.
Note any areas that must remain unprinted.
Explain if the design is a logo, repeating pattern, full-surface layout or functional graphic.
Add Quantity, Packaging and Destination Details
Target quantity affects the commercial and production review because requirements vary by product, material, dimensions and level of customization. Give the quantity you expect to order rather than leaving the field blank. If you are considering more than one volume, list each quantity for review.
Target Order Quantity
State the expected volume for the quotation.
Packaging Type
Identify standard export, private label, retail or shipping packaging requirements.
Destination
Provide the destination country or market and relevant shipment information.
Requested Schedule
State your preferred sample, approval or order schedule without assuming it is confirmed.
Commercial Context
Add any trade or payment requirements that need to be reviewed for the order.
Plan the Sample and Bulk-Order Approval Path
State whether you need a custom sample before bulk production. A sample can be used to review the selected material, dimensions, thickness, construction, artwork, branding or packaging relevant to your project.
Sample preparation begins after the specifications, materials and artwork are confirmed. Bulk production planning follows sample approval and order confirmation. If the sample must validate a specific feature, identify that feature in the RFQ so it can be included in the review.
Detailed information about order quantities, sample timing and production planning is available in our MOQ, samples and production lead times guide .
Submit the proposed product and order requirements.
Confirm the specifications, materials and artwork needed for sample preparation.
Review the custom sample against the agreed product brief.
Approve the sample and confirm the bulk order details.
Plan bulk production according to the final product, quantity and customization requirements.
What Happens After You Send the RFQ?
After submission, our team reviews the product specifications, material and structure requirements, artwork, customization, quantity, packaging and destination information. We then prepare the quotation details or ask for clarification where an input is missing or affects feasibility.
Ninghow Mats can coordinate OEM and ODM development, sample preparation, branding, packaging, bulk-order follow-up, export documentation and international shipment support according to the project. Final commercial and shipment conditions are confirmed for the specific order.
You can return to the Ninghow Mats overview if you need to review the wider business before completing your submission.
