Custom Mat Manufacturing Capabilities for Supplier Qualification
Ninghow Mats is Ninghow’s specialized custom mat division. We supply specification-led mat production for global B2B brands, importers, distributors, private label businesses and OEM or ODM buyers.
A Connected Manufacturing System for Custom Mat Production
Ninghow Mats uses connected material, printing, converting and inspection resources to manufacture custom mats from defined product specifications. The production route can include material preparation, digital printing or heat transfer, lamination, cutting, shaping, stitched-edge finishing, inspection and packaging.
The exact route depends on the selected material, layered structure, dimensions, artwork and edge requirements. Not every project requires every process. A printed laminated mat, for example, follows a different route from an unprinted flexible mat with a custom-cut shape.
For supplier qualification, buyers can assess five linked areas: factory resources, material handling, print production, cutting and finishing, and quality control. These areas show how a specification moves through production without replacing the separate technical review needed for an individual project.
Our custom mat manufacturing capabilities combine an approximately 18,000 m² facility, eight production lines, rubber and foam material processing, printing, heat transfer, lamination, cutting, edge finishing, inspection and packaging. Procurement and supplier quality teams can use the evidence below to identify which production areas require closer review.
Factory Resources for Sample, Bulk and Repeat Production
Our manufacturing operation is supported by an approximately 18,000 m² facility, eight production lines and a workforce of approximately 100–200 people. These resources support sample development, bulk orders and repeat production programs across the verified mat material families.

How the Mat Production Stages Connect
A custom mat does not follow one universal production sequence. The selected materials, artwork and edge construction determine which stages are required and how they connect.
Material Preparation
The required surface, foam, rubber or flexible material components are prepared for the selected construction.
Artwork is produced on the relevant surface when printing is required.
Material Lamination
Surface and base materials are joined where the mat uses a layered structure.
The selected converting route creates the required dimensions and outline.
Custom Shaping
Shape details are produced according to the defined product specification.
Stitched-Edge Finishing
Computerized stitching is added when specified for the mat construction.
Inspection
Relevant material, dimensional, appearance, printing, construction and finishing points are checked.
Packaging
Finished mats are packed according to the confirmed project requirements.

FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Ninghow Mats supports material preparation, digital printing, heat-transfer processing, lamination, laser cutting, die cutting, custom shaping, computerized stitched-edge finishing, inspection, packaging and bulk manufacturing. The available route is configured around the mat’s material, structure, dimensions, artwork and finish.
The verified material families are natural rubber, PORON and microcellular PU foam, silicone, EVA foam and PVC anti-slip materials. Material preparation and lamination can support surface-to-base matching, while cutting and shaping create the required final form. Process compatibility is reviewed for each construction.
Print production is supported by eight wide-format high-precision digital printing machines and two industrial continuous roller heat-transfer machines. Converting resources include four high-speed high-frequency laser cutting machines, two pneumatic four-column die-cutting machines and computerized edge-stitching equipment.
Quality control covers incoming materials, dimensions, thickness, appearance, printing, colour consistency, cutting, edge stitching, lamination, finished products and packaging. Colorimeters are used with a Delta E below 1.5 production colour-control target.
Available quality and compliance resources include ISO9001, RoHS and REACH test reports. The applicable document, material coverage and project relevance need to be reviewed for the specific product and destination; availability does not mean every order is automatically certified or compliant.
Begin with the material layers and required finished form. Then map the project to printing or heat transfer, lamination, laser or die cutting, custom shaping, edge finishing, inspection and packaging. This creates a focused list of equipment, process and quality evidence for supplier review.
